I've been trying to grow some mint for mojito nites with my gal pals (despite my certified "black thumb"). If you have any good recipes please share! Yumm! :o)
mojitos are pretty easy...in a shaker, muddle fresh mint with a bit of sugar and juice from 1 lime.. then pour in a generous bit of rum (i suggest matusalem white rum).. put in some simple syrup for sweetness, then a bit of club soda or sprite (if using sprite, use less simple syrup, obviously)... throw in the ice.. shake shake shake... and serve. yum!
Hello! My name is Nicole Holi. I ♥ cats, chickens, rats, totoros, windy days, thunderstorms, stargazing, synchronicity, learning new things, dreaming, drawing, painting, soda, gummy bears, poi and lomi salmon, grey goose, folklore, ghost stories, all things strange and unusual, strays, hoboes, and anything cute.
I live in Hoboville with my little troupe of hoboes (hobocat, hoborooster, hobocrayfish and hoboturtle!) and I design and assemble rubber stamps and other goodies all day long. Thanks for stopping by!
