Hey Leslie! Oh no! I'm sorry for the sad picture. :( I love animals too, even fish, but my boyfriend is a diver and loves to go spearfishing. He is sooo happy and proud to be able to put food on the table that he caught himself, so I take photos of his catches too. But he's already promised me that he kills fish as quickly and humanely as possible...because some people don't. :(
P.S. I went fishing once as a child and was so excited to catch my first fish too...until I saw it on the hook! I started crying! I never went fishing again. But then again, I still eat fish and my boyfriend still catches them. It's hard to reconcile the two. I'm a walking contradiction! :(
